While I was growing I was taught that a feminine gender individual is better addressed as a "lady" or a "woman" but try avoiding "female" as it's quite derogatory or not seen with respect!
However, with changing times, even language changed and paradoxically now the new terminology for a Woman of Intergrity - a Woman of Substance - goes by the term : a "Sigma Female"
Came across quite and interesting video on Sigma Female and listened till the end, admiring the qualities described in it!
Was thinking to myself about how the last 5 years forged me from a people pleaser, calm, miss-goody-two-shoes to this unapologetic warrior with solitude and stillness as my best strategy planners! Could relate to each and every word in this video as I choose peace and boundaries over noise and flaunting!
In this age of social media and peer pressure, have seen how the younger girls get influenced into believing that their self worth depends upon validations from the society and peers!
I wish that more and more younger girls can absorb and learn the virtues mentioned in this video starting at a very young age and grow up to be this kind of a beautiful mind woman with the strength and resilience to walk her true path with her inner GPS, on her own terms!
