Perhaps Vipassana taught my nervous system to become more present. Perhaps synchronicities taught me to notice what presence reveals!
For readers who may not be familiar with Bashar, Bashar is the name given to an entity that Darryl Anka has channelled since the early 1980s. According to Anka's account, Bashar presents himself as an extraterrestrial being from the future, and through these channelled sessions he discusses consciousness, personal transformation, belief systems, synchronicity, spirituality and the nature of reality.
What I find particularly interesting is that Darryl Anka himself acknowledges that people do not have to believe that Bashar is literally an extraterrestrial being. He has said that he cannot prove Bashar's existence and that, whether people understand the source as an external entity or as another aspect of his own consciousness, what matters to him is the value people find in the information.
That openness appeals to me.
I am not writing this as a declaration that Bashar's metaphysical explanations are scientifically established facts. I am sharing them because one particular explanation of synchronicity that appeared in my YouTube recommendations today resonated so deeply with what I had been experiencing that I found myself wondering whether I had finally encountered a framework for something I had been observing in my own life.
And what made this encounter even more meaningful was that Bashar's explanation came back to something I had already been practising for years — learning to live in the Now through Vipassana.
There are questions that we ask intellectually.
And then there are questions that life keeps bringing back to us until we are finally ready to understand them.
For some time now, I have been fascinated by synchronicities.
Why do seemingly unrelated events sometimes converge at precisely the moment they become meaningful?
Why does a number suddenly appear when we are thinking about something?
Why does a song, a sentence, a video or a movie sometimes seem to arrive at exactly the right moment?
Why does something from our past suddenly reappear when we are standing at a completely different point in our lives?
And perhaps most importantly:
Are these merely coincidences — or are they somehow connected to the way we experience the present moment?
I have been thinking about these questions for quite some time.
And recently, I came across a perspective from Bashar that gave me an entirely new way of looking at them.
But before I share that, I need to go back to something that changed my relationship with the present itself.
Vipassana helped me Learn to Experience the Now
I had learned about living in the present intellectually long before I truly experienced it.
Like most of us, I understood the words:
Be present.
Live in the Now.
Don't dwell in the past.
Don't worry excessively about the future.
Beautiful ideas.
But understanding an idea intellectually and experiencing it directly are two very different things.
Vipassana changed something for me.
Through the practice of observing sensations, thoughts and experiences without immediately reacting to them, I began to understand that the present moment is not merely a philosophical concept.
It is something that can actually be experienced.
The past exists as memory.
The future exists as anticipation, imagination or possibility.
But the only place where experience itself is actually happening is:
Now.
And the more I practised observing rather than immediately reacting, the more I began noticing something subtle.
Life was continuously happening in the present.
And perhaps I had spent too much of my life either replaying what had already happened or trying to anticipate what might happen next.
Vipassana did not make life free of difficult experiences.
Rather, it taught me to observe them differently.
A thought could arise.
A sensation could arise.
Fear could arise.
Joy could arise.
Pain could arise.
And instead of immediately becoming that thought or that emotion, I could sometimes simply observe it arising and passing.
That was a profound shift.
From Living in the Now to Noticing What Happens in the Now
And perhaps something else began happening as I became more attentive to the present.
I started noticing things I might previously have dismissed.
A number.
A conversation.
A song.
A sentence.
A video appearing unexpectedly.
A movie recommendation.
A memory resurfacing.
An apparently random event that somehow connected with something I had been thinking about.
One such moment could easily be coincidence.
Two could still be coincidence.
Three could still be coincidence.
But occasionally, a sequence becomes so personally meaningful that we stop and ask:
“Why did I notice this?”
And that question became increasingly interesting to me.
Not:
“Can I prove that this was supernatural?”
But:
“What is this experience showing me?”
The 180
Only recently, on 07.09.2026, I was numbering pages of one of my legal submissions at a Xerox shop.
I was writing 180 and began encircling the number.
At exactly that moment, I heard someone nearby asking the Xerox shop worker how much he needed to pay.
The amount?
180.
The exact number.
At the exact moment.
Was it coincidence? Quite possibly. I cannot know.
But in that moment, I smiled.
It felt like one of those tiny breadcrumbs that made me feel:
“Keep it up! Keep going.”
It did not prove anything.
But it changed something inside me.
And that, perhaps, is what made it meaningful.
Over the years, I have experienced and documented many such moments of synchronicity in my blogs. I have explored this theme from different angles — Divine timing, unexpected messages, repeating numbers, and those strange moments when seemingly unrelated events appear to connect.
I was not simply experiencing another synchronicity. I had stumbled upon a possible explanation for why I was noticing them.
And Then I Found Bashar's Explanation
And this is where today's experience becomes particularly interesting.
Today, I came across a video from Bashar, in which he was discussing a question very different from mine:
Why doesn't our vibration continuously go upward? Why do we sometimes experience lower periods after apparently reaching higher ones?
This is what Bashar says -
"Why is my vibration not always going up, why does it sometimes go down? Here's WHY - Remember that some time ago we said - Expansion and Evolution and Growth is the product of Inclusion , Not exclusion. You are gathering all of the things from lower vibrations you need to look at, to integrate them into the higher vibration. So your general cycle is rising into a high vibration that gives you the ability to dip into the lower vibrations and bring up to the higher vibrations - issues, beliefs, definitions that you need to resolve, that you need to integrate, that you need to process and by going on a higher vibration, it gives you the ability to do that, to dip lower so that you are gathering all of yourself together including all of your experience of life. And as you do that, its not that you are going like this (gesture showing the peaks / highs and troughs/lows are equal in line) and travelling in a straight line, you will start doing this (gesture showing consecutively higher peaks and troughs) and start averaging a higher vibration . As you dip down you will not dip down as far as you did before. As you rise up you will rise higher and higher and the average of those two, no matter how high you rise and how low you may go, the average of those two will constantly be rising. That is how you do it. So invite the idea of what seem to be the low points because it is those low points that allow you to gather things that you don't wanna leave behind, ideas that you need to examine, beliefs and definitions that you need to process in order to truly integrate yourself as holistic beings and raise your vibrations in general to be able to Manifest the life you prefer, more and more easily THROUGH ecstatic explosions of synchronicity. Because synchronicity is one of the first and primary side effects of beginning to live in the moment, beginning to live in the now, beginning to be your true self. Synchronicity is space-time-physical reality's way of showing you that all things exist now. But in linear space time the only way that you can experience that is by many different things happening coincidentally all at once, one after another, showing you that things are linked things are connected, that you are manifesting these things and as you live more in the now, everything exists, then physical reality which is a mirror can reflect back to you through synchronicity more and more and more of all the things that exist with you right here right now!"
His answer was that growth is not necessarily a straight upward line.
He described growth as a process of inclusion rather than exclusion.
According to the framework he presented, when we move into a higher state, we may become capable of revisiting lower states — not because we have failed, but because there are experiences, beliefs, definitions and unresolved aspects of ourselves that still need to be examined, processed and integrated.
His metaphor was striking.
The journey is not:
high → low → high → low
at exactly the same level forever.
Instead, the peaks can progressively rise while the troughs become progressively less deep.
So the overall average keeps moving upward.
That immediately resonated with me.
Because perhaps spiritual growth is not about never having another difficult day.
Perhaps it is about meeting the difficult day from a different level of awareness.
Looking back at my own journey, I can recognise this pattern so clearly.
I have always prayed to keep rising to higher and higher vibrations, and now I can see that the process has definitely not been linear.
There have been ups and downs.
But with every cycle, the lows seemed to become shallower, while the highs became higher.
And that is exactly what Bashar was describing.
When I heard his explanation, something immediately clicked within me.
It made so much sense — because I have actually lived it.
The difficult phases did not disappear. But they gradually stopped taking me as deep as they once did.
And the moments of clarity, faith, joy, awareness and connection seemed to reach places within me that I had never experienced before.
Perhaps this is what spiritual growth really looks like — not a straight line upward, but an ever-rising landscape of experience.
And suddenly, Bashar's words were no longer just a concept I was listening to. They gave language to a pattern I had been experiencing for years.
I have repeatedly re-evaluated my beliefs, emotions, thought processes and responses to life. Experiences that once overwhelmed me have, over time, become opportunities to pause, observe, question, understand and choose differently.
And something else has become increasingly evident to me.
Whenever I have felt that I was losing my centre, somehow help has appeared.
Sometimes through a person.
Sometimes through a book, a video, a prayer, a teaching or an unexpected insight.
Sometimes through an experience that forced me to look within.
And sometimes through what I can only describe as a Divine response to my prayers.
It has often felt as though the Universe gently brings me back to my centre whenever I begin to stray too far from it.
I have written about this pattern in several of my earlier blogs — how the difficult or “low-vibration” phases of my life did not disappear altogether, but gradually became shallower with the passage of time and with increasing awareness.
But somehow, I was no longer drowning in them in quite the same way.
The troughs became less deep.
The recovery became quicker.
The lessons became clearer.
And perhaps that is what Bashar's metaphor helped me recognise: growth may not mean eliminating the valleys. It may mean raising the entire landscape from which we experience them.
Perhaps this is what I have been experiencing all along.
And Then Bashar Spoke About Synchronicities!
But the part that really stopped me was what he said toward the end about synchronicity.
He connected synchronicity with increasingly living in the Now and becoming more authentically oneself.
In his framework, synchronicity is one way physical reality can appear to mirror the interconnectedness of things that exist together in the present.
And suddenly, something clicked for me.
Vipassana had taught me to experience the Now.
My recent experiences had taught me to notice what appeared within the Now.
And Bashar's words gave me a framework through which I could contemplate why those seemingly unrelated things might sometimes appear connected.
It felt almost as though a question I had been carrying for some time had finally encountered an answer.
Not necessarily the answer.
But an answer that resonated with my experience.
Perhaps the Universe Was Not Giving Me Instructions
This distinction matters to me.
I don't want to interpret every number as a command.
I don't want every video to become a prophecy.
I don't want every coincidence to become proof of something supernatural.
And I certainly don't want to stop using discernment.
Perhaps synchronicities are not instructions saying:
“Do this.”
Perhaps they are invitations saying:
“Look.”
“Notice.”
“Explore.”
“Something here is meaningful to you.”
And perhaps that is why living in the Now matters.
If my mind is constantly trapped in yesterday or racing toward tomorrow, I may completely miss what is happening right now.
The Breadcrumbs Become Visible When We Are Present
Perhaps this is why I have begun thinking of synchronicities as breadcrumbs.
They don't necessarily tell me where the entire road ends.
They simply illuminate the next few steps.
A number appears.
I notice.
A movie appears.
I watch.
A sentence resonates.
I reflect.
A subject unexpectedly connects with something I am studying.
I investigate.
A forgotten memory resurfaces.
I write.
And gradually, one experience leads to another.
Perhaps the real gift is not that the Universe is handing me a completed map.
Perhaps the gift is that I am becoming sufficiently present to notice the breadcrumbs.
What Vipassana Taught Me — And What Synchronicity Is Teaching Me
Vipassana taught me:
Observe.
Synchronicity is teaching me:
Notice.
Vipassana taught me not to react automatically to every thought and sensation.
Synchronicity is teaching me not to dismiss every personally meaningful coincidence automatically either.
Vipassana brought me into the Now.
Synchronicity seems to make the Now more interesting.
And perhaps these two are not separate at all.
Perhaps the more present we become, the more clearly we notice the extraordinary amount of information that ordinary life is constantly presenting to us.
To follow the breadcrumb.
And then allow the next step to reveal it
Step by step.
Perhaps This Is What Living in the Now Really Means
Maybe living in the Now isn't simply about forgetting the past or refusing to think about the future.
Maybe it means becoming sufficiently present that life itself becomes visible again.
The small coincidences.
The unexpected connections.
The ideas.
The people.
The words.
The lessons.
The questions.
The opportunities.
The moments that make us stop and say:
“Wait… why did this appear right now?”
Maybe we don't always need an immediate answer.
Maybe sometimes the question itself is the gift.
And perhaps synchronicity is not necessarily the Universe shouting instructions at us.
Perhaps it is the Universe gently showing us connections — and allowing us to decide what they mean.
That is where I find myself today.
After years of seeking answers, I am perhaps learning something different:
I don't need to know the entire path before I take the next step.
I only need to be present enough to see it.
And perhaps...
that is what the Now was trying to teach me all along.
Observe.
Be present.
Notice.
Follow the breadcrumbs.
And let the Universe reveal the way forward — one step at a time.
There are moments in life when coincidence feels almost too beautifully timed to dismiss.
You are thinking about something—and suddenly you encounter a message about exactly that subject.
You are going through a particular emotional phase—and a song, movie, book, or video seems to mirror what you are experiencing.
You are already contemplating an idea—and something appears before you that expands it, challenges it, or gives you another piece of the puzzle.
Sometimes it is nothing more than coincidence.
Sometimes it may be our mind naturally recognising patterns among countless things happening around us.
And sometimes...
it feels like a gentle nudge.
A breadcrumb.
A guiding star appearing just when the path ahead seems dark and giving assurance that you are on the right path!
I have increasingly found myself fascinated by these moments.
Not because I want to label every coincidence as a miracle.
But because some coincidences become so personally meaningful that they make me stop, pause, reflect—and sometimes even change what I do next.
Another Little Sign: 180 at Exactly the Right Moment
On 07.09.2026, I was at a Xerox shop, working on one of my legal submissions. I was numbering one of the pages 180. As I began to encircle the number, I suddenly heard the person standing nearby ask the Xerox shop worker how much he needed to pay.
The number he said was 180.
The exact same number. At the exact same moment.
I remember pausing for a second, almost smiling at the timing of it all.
To someone else, it may have been nothing more than an ordinary coincidence. Perhaps that is all it was. But in that moment, I experienced it differently.
I felt as though the Universe had gently tapped me on the shoulder and said, “Yes. Keep going.”
For me, it felt like one of those tiny breadcrumbs that appear when I am deeply engaged in something meaningful — a quiet reassurance from my Spirit Guides, or from whatever unseen higher intelligence I understand as the Universe, that I am exactly where I need to be and doing what I need to be doing.
Was it a coincidence? Was it synchronicity? Was my mind simply more alert to a number that already had meaning for me?
I cannot prove the answer.
But I know what it did to me.
It gave me a moment of joy, reassurance and renewed confidence — as though life itself was cheering me on. And sometimes, perhaps, that is what a synchronicity is meant to do: not prove something beyond doubt, but illuminate the next step enough for us to keep walking, with Faith even when the road may not be clear!
I have begun calling these moments uncanny synchronicities, when Life Seems to Mirror Itself Back to Us
Something amusing—and at the same time deeply wondrous—has been happening throughout different phases of my life.
I may be going through a particular experience, working on something, carrying a certain emotion, researching a subject, or simply wrestling with a question internally.
And then, almost around the same time, something appears in the world around me that seems to mirror that very experience.
A YouTube video.
A song.
A movie.
A line from a book.
A seemingly random social-media post.
A number.
An unexpected conversation.
And sometimes the synchronicity doesn't merely mirror what I am experiencing.
It expands it.
It gives me another angle to consider.
It makes me think along a new line.
It inspires something I want to write.
It motivates me to study something.
Or it simply illuminates a corner of my mind that was previously dark.
It can feel as though I am walking through a forest at night and suddenly, somewhere ahead, a tiny light appears.
Not necessarily telling me exactly where to go.
Just showing me enough of the path to take the next step.
One such sequence unfolded only a few days ago.
On 16th September 2026, I was shifting some goods and furniture from my apartment.
Booked on the exact date when this YT short was uploaded :
16.09.2026
Perhaps the Timing Was Also A Part of the Synchronicity
There was another detail that made this sequence even more intriguing to me.
The YouTube Short had actually been uploaded on 16 September 2026 — the very day I was completely occupied with shifting my belongings and furniture and the vehicle number 5550 that helped me shift a part of it.
On the 17th, I was exhausted after the entire ordeal. I barely had the mental or physical energy to do anything beyond recovering from the previous day's work.
The Short could have appeared in my YouTube feed on 16 September or 17 September. And had it appeared then, there is every possibility that I would have simply overlooked it, because my attention was elsewhere.
But it didn't.
I encountered it only on 18 September 2026. By then, I finally had the space to sit down, notice it, and actually watch it, that too right when the battery was just 18% exactly!!!
So what fascinated me was the timing from my own perspective.
The message did not come to my YT suggestiom on 16.09.26 attention when I was too busy to notice it. It did not arrive on 17.09.26 when I was too exhausted to absorb it.
It appeared only on 18.09.26 when I finally had the time and inner space to pay attention.
And that was the moment I felt that familiar sense of being gently guided — as though life was saying:
“Now you are ready to notice this.”
And Then Came the Mannequins!
The YouTube Short became even more amusing.
In the same Short, Barb sang a song from Mannequin.
I immediately remembered something I had seen shortly before my move.
While considering whether to sell some of my own furniture on the local community platform, I had come across photographs of two mannequins being offered for sale in the very society from which I was moving.
One was a boy mannequin and the other a girl mannequin.
And while looking at the post again, I noticed yet another detail I had initially overlooked:
The post had been published on 04.09.2026 — my birthday.
At the time, none of this meant anything to me.
I had no idea that a few days later I would encounter a YouTube Short containing the word Mannequin, alongside “Fresh Start 555…”, after seeing 5550 on my shifting vehicle.
Suddenly, several seemingly unrelated details were sitting beside one another:
04.09.2026 — My birthday → two mannequins, one boy and one girl
18.09.2026 — I encountered the Short → “Fresh Start 555…” + reference to Mannequin
And the Short itself said: “If this found you on 9/16, 17, 18…”
I could not help but smile. Because of what I experienced!
The number 5550 had already been part of my physical reality on the 16th September 2026. Then, two days later, I encountered a message about “Fresh Start 555” that specifically named the very three dates surrounding the experience — 16, 17 and 18th September 2026 — remarkably resonant with the 5550 vehicle number from my shifting furnitire on 16 September 2026 and finding the same YT short with references to 555, only on 18 September 2026.
Was it simply an algorithmic coincidence? Perhaps.
But for me, it became one more of those beautiful little moments that made me pause and wonder whether life was somehow connecting the dots at exactly the right time. Was it coincidence?
Of course it could be.
None of this, by itself, proves anything supernatural.
But when these little threads appeared so close to one another, I could not help noticing them.
It felt as though life was gently connecting dots.
And perhaps that is what fascinates me most about synchronicity. It is not necessarily that every coincidence carries a predetermined cosmic message. Sometimes it may simply be coincidence, pattern recognition, or the way our attention becomes heightened during significant periods of our lives.
But sometimes, a sequence of events can become so personally meaningful that it makes us pause.
And I paused.
But by this point, I was laughing at the playful interconnectedness of it all.
Because somewhere between a birthday post, two mannequins, a moving truck numbered 5550, a “Fresh Start 555” message uploaded on same date when porter vehicle 5550 was booked, the song from Mannequin, and appearance of that YT short in my feed only on 18.09.26, I felt that familiar whisper:
“Pay attention. Something is unfolding.”
One tiny connection seemed to lead to another.
And after so much emotional and physical exhaustion, these seemingly insignificant moments filled me with an inexplicable sense of joy.
They changed my state of mind.
And sometimes that itself is a gift.
They brought back my smile.
Whether one calls that synchronicity, coincidence, heightened awareness, or a Divine nudge, I cannot say with certainty.
But I can say what it created within me:
wonder, joy, renewed energy — and the feeling that perhaps this new chapter really was beginning.
Of course, YouTube recommendations are influenced by algorithms, viewing history, timing and countless other ordinary factors. I cannot know whether there was anything beyond coincidence involved in why the Short appeared in my feed on 18 September, and I do not want to claim certainty where I have none.
But there was another aspect of the sequence that fascinated me.
When Barb uploaded that Short on 16.09.2026, she could not have known that, on that very same day, I would be assigned vehicle number 5550 through Porter for my shifting.
Nor could she have known about the two mannequins — one boy and one girl — that I had noticed shortly before 16 September, which would later connect in my mind with her reference to the song from Mannequin.
These were independent events occurring in my physical world, outside her knowledge.
The YouTube Short had been recorded and created well before I was assigned the Porter vehicle numbered 5550 and before several of the other events that subsequently unfolded in my life.
In other words, when the Short was created, some of the events that would later become meaningful to me had already happened, while others had not yet happened at all.
Yet when I eventually encountered the Short on 18.09.2026, its words — “If this found you on 9/16, 17, 18…” and “Fresh Start 555…” — explicitly mentioning 9/16, 17 and 18, after my own 5550 experience on the 16th — and then noticed its connection with the mannequins I had already seen right before 16.09.2026, suddenly all this resonated with events that had unfolded around those very dates.
The Short had not been created in response to my 5550 vehicle number that would be assigned to me on evening of 16.09.2026 in India. Barb could not have known about that event when she recorded it.
That is what caught my attention.
The message existed first.
Some pieces of my story were already in place — but I had not yet encountered them.
Take the mannequins, for example.
The post offering two mannequins — one boy and one girl — had actually been created by someone else in the Society Management App on 04.09.2026, my birthday.
I did not know about it on my birthday.
I came across that post only around 16.09.2026, when I was specifically exploring the local community platform because I was trying to decide what to do with my furniture — whether to shift it to another place or sell some of it.
It was during that practical, completely unrelated search that I happened to see the photographs of those two mannequins.
At the time, they were simply two mannequins in a community-sale post. I had no idea that, only two days later, I would encounter a YouTube Short containing a reference to Mannequin.
So, in retrospect, the chronology becomes fascinating:
04.09.2026 — Someone else posts two mannequins, one boy and one girl, on my birthday.
Around 16.09.2026 — I happen to discover that post while exploring whether to shift or sell my furniture.
16.09.2026 — I am assigned the Porter vehicle number 5550 during my shifting.
16.09.2026 — Barb's YouTube Short is uploaded.
18.09.2026 — I encounter the Short, with “Fresh Start 555…” and the reference to Mannequin.
Some pieces had already existed before I became aware of them, while Others had not yet happened when this YT short was posted.
And that is what makes the sequence so intriguing to me.
I did not go looking for mannequins because of the YouTube Short.
I saw the mannequins first — for an entirely practical reason connected with my furniture and my impending move.
The YouTube Short came later.
Was it coincidence? Synchronicity? Pattern recognition? Or something I simply cannot explain?
But the fact that the message predated several of the events with which I later connected it is precisely what made me pause and look more closely.
Could all of this still be coincidence? Absolutely.
Could YouTube's recommendation system explain why the video reached me? Certainly.
But what remains fascinating to me is the convergence of these otherwise unrelated events, and the timing at which I became aware of their connections.
I am not claiming that I have discovered proof of a supernatural mechanism.
I am simply recording an extraordinary sequence of personally meaningful coincidences — and remaining open to the possibility that there may be more to synchronicity than we currently understand.
Now, objectively speaking, I know that numbers such as 555 appear in countless places every day.
There is nothing scientifically extraordinary about encountering the same number twice.
But synchronicity is not necessarily about proving that something supernatural happened.
For me, the beauty was in the personal timing and meaning.
I was already moving things.
Already transitioning.
Already closing one physical chapter and rearranging another.
And suddenly the words "Fresh Start" appeared alongside the very number that had caught my attention on same date , two days earlier.
It felt joyful.
Almost playful.
As if Life & Universe & my Higher Spirit Team had winked.
And Then Olivia Grey Entered my continuing experiences of Uncanny Synchronicities....
So, the synchronicities didn't stop there!
Around the same time on 18.09.2026, I came across an AI-generated YouTube movie uploaded just couple days back on 15.09.2026 on the YouTube channel Sophie Skies Drama - a movie about thePursuit of Justice by it's protagonist Olivia Grey!
At first glance, it seemed completely unrelated to everything else unfolding in my life. I had no particular reason to connect it with the synchronicities I had already been noticing.
The final part I watched only on the night of 19 September, after a family dinner and farewell gathering for my niece, who is leaving the country for higher studies.
And as the story unfolded, I began noticing one unexpected connection after another.
And by the time I reached the ending, those connections had become impossible for me to overlook.
What initially appeared to be just another random movie recommendation had somehow touched upon several themes that were already deeply present in my life — justice, injustice, stolen intellectual work, plagiarism, copyright, evidence, perseverance, restoration of a wronged person's reputation, and even an image remarkably similar to a vision I had experienced years earlier.
It was the ending that made all these seemingly unrelated connections noteworthy.
I found myself thinking: Why this movie? Why at this particular time? And why did so many elements of its story intersect with things I was already experiencing, studying, remembering and writing about?
I still cannot say what the answer is.
But I could not ignore the synchronicity.
Another astonishing connection???
The heroine of the story is Olivia Grey.
Her grandmother, Seren Grey, had been falsely framed by the very man she trusted when she was young.
Her reputation and career were destroyed.
She was exiled and forced to live as a fugitive in wastelands at borders in utter poverty.
Meanwhile, her stepsister and boyfriend who deceived her - the people responsible for the injustice to Seren - became increasingly rich, powerful and influential.
Years later, Olivia returns and begins uncovering what really happened.
She gathers evidence.
She investigates plagiarism and copyright violations by those who harmed her Grandmother.
She uncovers the theft of research, knowledge, techniques, and creative work belonging to her grandmother and others.
And ultimately, through determination, courage, perseverance, and evidence, Olivia exposes what had happened and restores her grandmother's name.
And suddenly, in September 2026, while watching an entirely unrelated AI-generated movie uploaded only on 15.09.2026, an image from that old chapter of my life appeared before me again on 19.09.2026.
Six-Seven years later.
Why?
I don't know.
But I noticed.
And perhaps noticing is itself part of the journey.
Precisely as these coincidences were beginning to unfold, I also found myself studying Intellectual Property Rights, copyright law, plagiarism, and related legal principles on the same date I finished watching this movie - 19.09.2026
This too was an interesting detail I had initially overlooked.
I had missed an Intellectual Property Rights lecture dated 12.09.2026. When I was catching up, I found myself watching the recording on 19.09.2026 — right after the day I began watching the AI-generated movie about Olivia Grey on 18.09.2026
And what was this movie about?
Plagiarism. Copyright violations. Theft of intellectual work. Misappropriation of research and creative knowledge. Evidence. Injustice. And the eventual restoration of a wronged person's reputation.
I was catching up with a lecture about similar concepts about Intellectual Property Rights while simultaneously beginning a fictional story whose central conflict revolved around intellectual property, plagiarism and stolen work.
At first, these were simply two unrelated things happening in my life.
But when I looked back at the sequence, after the movie had unfolded further, I could not help noticing the convergence.
The Lecture was already recorded on 12.09.2026 and I simply happened to catch up with it's recording on 19.09.2026, before it's access would supposedly be restricted / deleted by the institution.
The gist of the movie I felt called to watch it on 18.09.2026 and finished watching on 19.09.2026— particularly its storyline around plagiarism, copyright, stolen intellectual work and justice — was neither apparent from its title nor from the opening scene that initially made me curious to watch it.
I had not deliberately chosen the movie because of the IPR lecture, nor had I chosen the lecture because of the movie.
The lecture had its own timeline.
The movie had its own timeline.
My studies had their own timeline.
And yet, on 19th September 2026, quite independently, they both unexpectedly met and happened to simply converge in my physical life on same date - 19.09.2026.
That was another moment when I simply paused.
Why this subject? Why this movie? Why this particular day?
I still don't know.
But once again, something that had initially appeared completely unrelated had become another piece of the larger pattern I was beginning to notice.
That was another moment when I simply sat back and smiled.
What are the chances?
Perhaps completely ordinary.
Perhaps there is something more subtle happening.
I don't know. But I know that it made me think.
And that, for me, is where synchronicity becomes meaningful.
From My Own Pain to Olivia's Quest....
There is yet another connection.
For years, I have written about the injustice experienced by my parents and our family at the hands of rich influential criminals and how profoundly those experiences affected me to an extent that I was compelled to leave aside my flourishing clinical and aesthetic practice in pursuit of justice for my Parents!
I have often wondered whether, with Divine Grace and through my own efforts, I might someday transform that painful chapter into something useful for others.
I have written about my wish that perhaps another daughter, another wife, or another family might avoid suffering because they did not lack knowledge and skills of the law or knew how to protect their rights and their loved ones!
And now I encounter a fictional heroine whose journey is essentially:
Learn. Practice. Investigate. Gather evidence. Understand the law. Expose wrongdoing. Restore a wronged person's voice.
That was not lost on me.
It resonated deeply because, in my own way, I have increasingly found myself walking along a similar path — moving from personal experience and unanswered questions toward knowledge, legal understanding, evidence, and the hope that what I learn may someday help not only me, but perhaps others facing injustice.
What Most Caught My Attention Was Olivia Grey's Climax Dialogue
At the end of the movie, Olivia is shown to have founded an Organisation called Lightmark Justice, with the purpose of fighting injustice and giving a voice to those who have been silenced.
What most caught my attention in the entire movie was the climactic dialogue delivered by its protagonist, Olivia Grey.
In her final dialogue line she says:
"Because Justice is never a gift. It is a Battle that must never stop......."
I sat with those words.
Its essence, as I understood it, was simple yet powerful:
Justice is never a gift. It is a right — and sometimes, a right one must keep fighting for.
Those words stayed with me long after the movie ended.
Perhaps because they connected so deeply with the questions of justice, law, knowledge and perseverance that have been occupying my own life for years.
Justice may be a right. But recognising that right, understanding how to protect it, gathering evidence, and persevering in the pursuit of it can require an extraordinary journey.
And suddenly, the movie was no longer merely a story I had watched.
It had become another mirror of my own choices and my own lived experiences for years since 27.06.2020 onwards......
Perhaps the suffering I experienced was not meant to end merely as suffering.
Perhaps some chapters eventually become knowledge.
Knowledge becomes awareness.
Awareness becomes action.
And action can sometimes become service.
Coincidence, Synchronicity—or Something More?
I don't know exactly what these experiences are.
And I am increasingly comfortable with not knowing everything all at once.
Perhaps I don't need to understand the entire picture today.
Perhaps I only need to remain attentive, keep learning, keep questioning, and allow the Universe to show me the way forward — step by step, breadcrumb by breadcrumb.
Not knowing the whole path does not mean I am lost.
Sometimes, it simply means that the next step has not yet been revealed.
And perhaps that is where Faith meets Curiosity — trusting enough to keep walking, while remaining open enough to notice where the next little light appears.
Perhaps the human brain is extraordinarily skilled at pattern recognition.
Perhaps coincidence is more common than we think.
Perhaps synchronicity is a meaningful psychological phenomenon.
And perhaps, sometimes, the Divine communicates through ordinary events in ways we cannot scientifically measure.
I don't claim to know.
What I do know is what happens inside me when these moments occur.
They make me pause, think, rethink.
They make me curious.
They make me research.
They make me write.
They sometimes restore my enthusiasm when I am exhausted.
And occasionally, they seem to place one more piece of a much larger puzzle on the table.
Perhaps the Real Miracle Is What the Synchronicity Does to Us
Maybe the most important question isn't:
"Was this coincidence supernatural?"
Maybe the more interesting question is:
"What did this coincidence awaken within me?"
The 5550 episode made me smile during a physically exhausting transition.
The Mannequin connection made me laugh at the playful interconnectedness of seemingly unrelated events.
The Olivia Grey story reminded me of my 2019 vision.
Her grandmother's injustice resonated with my own long-standing reflections about justice.
The intellectual-property storyline intersected with what I was studying on same date!
And the idea of Lightmark Justice connected with a purpose I have been contemplating for years.
One coincidence may be meaningless.
But sometimes several seemingly unrelated threads appear close together and form a pattern that makes us stop and look again.
Perhaps that pattern is not necessarily a message from outside us.
Perhaps it is a mirror.
Perhaps it reveals what our own consciousness is ready to notice.
And perhaps that is why these experiences feel so magical.
Following the Breadcrumbs.... Illuminating the way forward step by step!
I have begun to think of these moments as breadcrumbs.
Not instructions.
Not commandments.
Not guarantees of what the future will bring.
Just breadcrumbs.
A video appears.
A sentence catches my attention.
A number repeats.
A movie mirrors an old experience.
A song suddenly becomes meaningful.
A forgotten memory resurfaces.
A subject I am studying appears unexpectedly in a completely unrelated story.
And I pause.
I ask:
Why did this catch my attention?
What is it making me think about?
What do I need to know?
What do I need to do?
Is there something here worth exploring?
Is there something I am being invited to learn, create, understand, or perhaps even let go of?
Sometimes the answer is nothing.
Sometimes the breadcrumb leads nowhere.
And sometimes...
it opens an entirely new path.
Perhaps This Is How We Find Our Way Through the Dark
There have been phases in my life when I genuinely felt lost.
Yet somehow, at precisely those moments, something would appear—a person, a book, a prayer, a song, a movie, a message, a seemingly random encounter—that would illuminate the next small step.
Not the entire staircase.
Just the next step.
And perhaps that is enough.
Because a guiding star does not have to illuminate the entire universe.
It only needs to provide enough light for us to keep walking.
So I continue watching.
Learning.
Questioning.
Writing.
Studying.
Following the breadcrumbs.
Not blindly.
Not unquestioningly.
But with curiosity, discernment, Faith and an open heart.
And perhaps that is the real magic of the Universe when we seek answers with Faith, an open heart and an open mind!
Because whether these moments are coincidences, psychological synchronicities, algorithms, Divine nudges—or some beautiful combination of all of them—
