Long way to go for a Goons-Free administration in India

I am learning the realities of life in so-called Democratic India the harder way.... In a country inhabited by the god-fearing people, ther are still Shaitans who thrive on innocence of such people, in a country of numerous holy saints, there is still Goonda Raj, and in a country which exemplifies herself as Mata, there still are lecherous Demons who ogle every woman irespective. There is such a stark scarcity of transparency in judicial system that a person has to think thousands of times before making a conscious decision to approach the judiciary for getting justice... coz he knows he will only be handed over dates only without conclusion (Just like the Bus Conductor who was suspended in some 70's and his case is still going on) and if the accused is powerful than the victim, he gets away with his clout and money...there may be no hopes of justice being delivered. ...so many loopholes that the common man just suffers. I regret of making a decision to stay back in India when I was a teenager. From Administration to Infrastructure to Law & Order to Judiciary to Politics everything is adulterated. This might come across as a very negative remark but facts are always bitter to swallow. My Ideologies and patriotism for the country I imagined in my teens is getting dimmer and dimmer... as I am coming to experience the true scenario prevailing in the country... SO many scams, the inefficient and delayed disposal of law-suits in Indian Judiciary, shifting of economy towards only capitalism(making poor people more poorer), pot-hole filled roads every monsoon, irresponsible and indifferent governmental bodies/organisations, no rules/regulations on increasing number of four-wheelers in Mumbai instead of lack of good infrastructure, unnecessary contracts/Tolls and tenders (like Mumbai Skywalks) given to political mafia, control of the administration by the builder lobbies... sheer lack of safety for women, increasing trend in rapes on female children....the sad conditions of our Jawans on the Indian LOC instead of their huge sacrifices of comforts...and much more. Everything is so suffocating... so frustrating!!! No wonder the best of brains get drained away outside India. and now I wouldnt blame the expatriates as I used to in my younger days. Also I understand well, the sarcasm in their talks when such freinds communicate with us and why they look down upon India. No matter how many achievements we make in the field of Space research or Nuclear bombs/ missiles... till we have a lawful administration and maximum utilisatin of our resources we cannot claim ourselves to be truly a developed Nation. For, a developed nation doesnt let the common man suffer for fulfilling the wishes of the powerful few. Until and Unless we stand for our rights, we will never get justice. The influential people take advantage of the patience and silence of the common man because we allow them to! We are still not well informed and let the offenders scot-free...Let us wake up and become the voice against them because "To do Injustice is a Sin but to Tolerate Injustice is a Bigger Sin"

From my long-lost Diary...

Life after life,
Moment after moment…
Appears to be a stage show

With different characters
Taking their turns of performances…
In succession
One after the other...

Every other time they wear a different mask
Appearing in a new avatar..
Without much effort,
the real person inside hardly ever changes!

Talking of things beyond reach
Seeing hopes in abundance,
The mind wanders swiftly
with promises of sweeter tomorrows...

Do we ever realize,
What gives everlasting happiness…

The Permanent Bliss..
That Peace eternal ..
Liberation from the worldly webs…
Forever… & ever...

It is :

The ability
To see things as they are..
To look within...
To become one within this duality of existence
To live like you are never born

To Die like you will never be born again!

Paradox of Life...

Oh My Goodness!!! This was my reaction when I got to know something from a middle aged man who referred his employee labourer for treatment of acid burn on his hand. After writing a prescription, I casually asked him about the wages he gave to his workers and when I heard 25 rs an hour i.e. 180 Rs a day for an 8 hours intensive work in unhygienic and sometimes dangerous situations...that too in todays date of so much inflation, my jaw literally dropped... Immediately my mind started making analysis of the matter... in my instance for example, professionals like me charge for a consultation of 15-30 mins, double or triple the amount an average labourer earns in one single day... as a matter of fact the actual nation builders are these labourers who have to toil and sweat everyday sometimes without a single holiday to relax!!! Why so much disparity ... the haves have so much and still make so much whereas the have-nots have nothing and make nothing... I cant imagine what will a man feed to his dependants and family members or what education a father can impart to his children with a meagre salary of 180 rs a day??? And still people from higher strata keep wanting more n more to fulfill their dreams of possessing luxury brands...to splurge on their expensive n exotic vacations... Its time that we stop and reconsider this whole social ecosystem which is getting imbalanced because the rich is getting richer and the poor is getting more poorer... lest we might end up with social unrest soon... which isnt good for our future generations. Let us begin by caring for the people who work under us and serve us.. if they are unhappy we must look into their reason and extend help as and when needed, as a father looks after his children... if we become responsible for our employees, a lot many will be taken care of and gradually the circle of beneficiaries can be extended depending on the capability and willingness of the benefactor. Let us put ourselves in their shoes and Feel what they feel and see the world with their eyes... its worth taking a pause in our hectic lives busy achieving material targets because God forbid what if we may end up in their places when all of our good merits have expired and its time we get back what we may have passed on to them in some life!
