Created in moments, it glimmers like a mark.

Inner beauty, a treasure deep inside,

Is crafted with care, with patience as its guide.

Ephemeral is the glamour that the eye perceives,

Swiftly crafted, like the dew on dawn's gentle leaves.

But Inner grace, deep as a wellspring, blooms,

Nurtured by toil, where perseverance resumes.

But Inner beauty, steadfast and true,

Endures the storms, a light that’s ever new.

Fleeting is the charm that can shatter with ease,

Yet the soul's true radiance, time cannot seize.

Buys attention but leaves hearts with grief.

Yet Inner beauty, timeless and rare,

Captivates souls, beyond compare.

Though surface allure may swiftly entice,

Seeds of  kindness and compassion, its essence forever grows.

What glitters can be traded, a mere passing whim,

But the spirit's allure, no price can dim

External beauty may dazzle and be sought,

True beauty lies deep within, Pure and Eternal, forever to stay!

As a board-certified dermatologist with a longstanding commitment to excellence in medical and aesthetic dermatology, recognized and respected dermatologist, lecturer, and author, it has come to my attention that a malicious fraudulent ill-willed website has been created with the intent to misrepresent my professional standing and defame my reputation.

Clarification on False Claims:

An individual or group has deceitfully launched and hosted a website that falsely portrays my professional services as a  Beauty  Salon  in  local  area , classifying my centre to be beautician, it associates my brand of Gracia Cosmetology Centre as a "beauty salon" aiming to undermine my credentials and professional standards. This misleading portrayal is a deliberate attempt to defame my work and mislead the public. The website in question, found at

this website is entirely fraudulent ,  made  by  some  Impostor  committing  mischief  to  devalue  and  defame  me.  It  has  absolutely  no legitimate  connection  to  me,  my  clinical  practice,  or the genuine Gracia Cosmetology Centre.

Facts About My Professional Background:

1. I am a board-certified dermatologist with years of rigorous medical training in medical schools and hospitals. My practice is grounded in providing comprehensive dermatological care based on evidence-based medicine, not merely cosmetic  or beauty services.

2. Beyond my clinical practice, I am a sought-after lecturer, trainer, and speaker at medical conferences. I have contributed to the field through chapters in medical textbooks and articles published in national and international medical journals.

3. Although I am currently on a sabbatical addressing personal legal agendas and matters, my professional integrity and commitment to dermatology remain unwavering. This period does not diminish my qualifications or achievements in the field.

Memories of the Past!

 

"Life's Lesson: From Imaginary Poem to Self-Proclaimed Prophecy – A Cautionary Note for Imaginative Thinkers and Creators!"

When I first penned this poem and recited it , imagining the tender heart of a girl experiencing love and betrayal  because  of  her  innocence, I never dreamed it would become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Back then, it was just a creative exercise, a rush of words and feelings brought to life by a vivid imagination.

I was unaware that even a poem, birthed in the flow of inspiration and pure creative energy, could manifest into reality. There's this fascinating concept I’ve come to understand—something akin to a "switch" that, if not flipped, can lead those creative thoughts to materialize into real-life experiences.

Had I known then what I understand now about the interplay of thoughts and energy, I might have been more cautious. Our thoughts and imaginings, released into the universe, can create "energy bubbles," influencing our reality in unexpected ways. These bubbles, crafted from the substance of our imaginations, don't just fade into the ether; they resonate, they ripple, they shape our lives in ways I hadn’t anticipated.

However, there's a silver lining in this revelation. By sharing my journey, I hope to raise awareness about the potency of our thoughts and imaginations. It’s crucial for us, as creators, to understand this power, not to stifle our creativity, but to wield it responsibly.

This realization doesn’t mean we should abandon fiction or imaginative writing. Rather, we need to master the art of creating with intention and then consciously dissipate the energies we’ve stirred up. Imagine crafting a masterpiece, reveling in its beauty, and then gently whispering it away so it doesn’t ripple into our reality unintentionally.

So, let’s be mindful of what we think and say. After we close the creative chapter, it’s vital to affirm, “Cancel all imagined negatives,” ensuring that we switch off that creative switch consciously.

These are the lessons life has nudged me to recognize, and I share them with you so we can all navigate the realms of imagination with wisdom and care.

Yes I have always felt an invisible and  blessing protective presence in my life - the reason I kept moving ahead against all odds, even if it meant walking alone!

Yes, it's true that I made a choice never to make my heart bitter because of bad experiences from others, I chose to keep the heart alive and filled with forgiveness, hope, and light always, no matter what ! Because, I chose these teachings of Saint Mother Teresa that touched my heart the moment I read it!

     लड़ सकता है ! लेकिन....

     आप दो जगहों पर वोट नहीं डाल सकते,

2-आप जेल में बंद हो तो वोट नहीं डाल  

     सकते..लेकिन

     नेता जेल में रहते हुए चुनाव लड़ सकता है.

3-आप कभी जेल गये थे, तो

    अब आपको जिंदगी भर 

     कोई सरकारी नौकरी नहीं मिलेगी,

लेकिन……

नेता चाहे जितनी बार भी हत्या या बलात्कार के मामले में  जेल गया हो, फिर भी वो प्रधानमंत्री या राष्ट्रपति जो चाहे बन सकता है,

4-बैंक में मामूली नौकरी पाने के लिये

आपका ग्रेजुएट होना जरूरी है..

लेकिन,

नेता अंगूठा छाप हो तो भी भारत का फायनेन्स मिनिस्टर बन सकता है।

5-आपको सेना में एक मामूली

सिपाही की नौकरी पाने के लिये डिग्री के साथ 10 किलोमीटर दौड़ कर भी दिखाना होगा,

लेकिन....

नेता यदि अनपढ़-गंवार और लूला-लंगड़ा है 

तो भी वह आर्मी, नेवी और एयर फोर्स का चीफ यानि डिफेन्स मिनिस्टर बन सकता है

और

जिसके पूरे खानदान में आज तक कोई स्कूल नहीं गया.. वो नेता देश का शिक्षामंत्री बन सकता है

और

जिस नेता पर हजारों केस चल रहे हों.. 

वो नेता पुलिस डिपार्टमेंट का चीफ यानि कि गृह मंत्री बन सकता है.

यदि

आपको लगता है कि इस सिस्टम को बदल देना चाहिये..

नेता और जनता, दोनों के लिये एक ही कानून होना चाहिये.. 

तो

इस संदेश को फॉरवर्ड करके देश में जागरुकता लाने में अपना सहयोग दें..

अगर फॉरवर्ड नहीं किया तो आप किसी भी नेता को दोषी मत कहना ....,

नहीं किया तो नुकसान का जिम्मेदार आप खुद होगें।

सरकारी कर्मचारी 30 से 35 वर्ष की संतोषजनक सेवा करने के उपरांत भी पेंशन का हकदार नहीं ? जब कि मात्र 5 वर्ष के लिए विधायक / सांसद को पेंशन यह कहाँ का न्याय है...?
